Nowadays is the trend of technology. Today something new is coming day by day. If we talk about mobiles, one smart phone after another has come in the market today.

  • People spends more time on which mobile to buy and which not to buy. Mobile which is very much needed nowadays.
  • with mobile you can do everything sitting at home, but nowadays many people have become slaves of mobile.
  • Whenever a man gets even a little free, he immediately starts using mobile.

It is said that in the time to come, human beings will not be bothered by any disease or illness as much as they will be bothered by the damage caused to body and brain due to mobile or technology.

Excessive use of mobile can drive you to away from this beautiful world.

Today we are not going to talk to you about the disadvantages of mobile, but we will tell you about some of the signs when you should stop using mobile after experiencing the signs.

Because mobile is now having a bad effect on your health. Experts say that there is no doubt that mobile has become an essential part of our lives.

But this does not mean that you should be busy on mobile all day long.

Excessive use of mobiles can cause neck pain, sore hands, numbness in the hands, hot sweats in the hands, weakness in the hands, pain in the toes and wrists, between the shoulders or below the neck in the back. The pain is excruciating.

  • You can get a lot of relief with pranayama and yoga.
  • Keep neck and waist straight.
  • Get close to nature.
  • Read books as much as you can.
  • Learn to live real life. Accept the fact that the real world is better than the virtual world.
